Description
Gopherwood G230C Acoustic Guitar
Reasonable price • High durability • Equipped with Analog‑EQ SoundPillar
Grand Auditorium Body (Venetian Cutaway)
Depth: 95 mm (neck) / 115 mm (endpin). The GA shape balances projection and comfort for a wide range of styles, while the cutaway provides easy access to higher positions.
Modern Rosette Aesthetic
Developed by Gopherwood’s in‑house design project, this rosette blends acoustic warmth with a clean, contemporary look.
Rounded‑Edge Body Binding
Softer edges reduce pressure on the inner forearm where the body meets your arm—more comfort during long sessions.
SoundPillar — Analog Equalizer
Installed: response tightens, overtones tidy up, and the core note clarifies—yielding a cleaner, flatter pickup balance. Removed: richer lows and more damping feel.
Overtone Change by String (6th → 1st)
Internal test graph showing how overtones vary with/without the SoundPillar across strings.
Asymmetric “Ark” Bridge
The 6th string carries more energy than the 1st; the bridge’s asymmetric geometry helps transmit energy evenly for better bass/treble balance.
Bracing Optimized for the SoundPillar
Removed: fuller low‑mids. Installed: pleasing overall balance with firm mids. Top durability has also been improved one step.
Sculpted Headstock Design
Optimized head size and cap thickness aid sustain; sculpted surfaces create elegant light‑and‑shadow for a premium look.
Metal Head‑Back Plate
Acts as a subtle counter‑weight at the neck to help pitch stability and sustain under string vibration.
Die‑Cast Tuners
Gopherwood die‑cast machines allow fine, precise tuning adjustments.
Rosewood Fingerboard
Warm voice with ample low‑mid content; natural oils aid long‑term care and feel.
Gopherwood Neck
Comfortable C‑profile mahogany neck with a head‑back volute for added durability and reduced break risk.
Bone Nut & Saddle
Critical transfer points for string energy. G‑Series uses bone for both to ensure clear tone and efficient transmission. Nut width: 44.5 mm (1.75″) · Nut string span (6→1): 37.2 mm.
