Description

Gopherwood I210RS Acoustic Electric Guitar

Choose the Junior body—everything great about a small guitar, in one compact shape.

Warm trebles, firm low‑mids

A solid roasted Sitka spruce top paired with mahogany back & sides delivers vintage‑flavored, papery highs with dense, focused low‑mid punch.

Start with a Junior for portability and playability

• Overall length: 93 cm, about 70% of a standard OM
• Slim body depth for easy hold and comfort
Small to carry, big on everyday practice and couch‑friendly sessions.

Scale down tension, scale up finesse

23.5″ / 596 mm—about 9% shorter than full scale—means a softer left‑hand feel. Bends and vibrato come easier, and detailed phrasing feels natural.

The warmth of roasted wood, born in an oxygen‑free kiln

Roasted (torrefied) tonewoods give you the seasoned character of a well‑kept vintage instrument from day one—a warmer, deeper vintage voice and an antique‑style hue to match.

SoundPillar

Installing the SoundPillar changes top response, tidies overtones, and clarifies the core voice—great for a clean, balanced pickup tone.
Prefer bigger lows with more natural damping? Simply remove the pillar.

Longer sustain from the headstock

A traditional head with heavier tuners and a metal head backplate adds mass, helping notes ring longer.

Effortless left‑hand feel

A 43 mm traditional nut and slim C‑shape neck make thumb‑over grips on the 6th‑string root easy, even for smaller hands.
The volute at the head‑to‑neck transition gives a natural thumb anchor for open‑chord work.

Thinner finishes, deeper resonance

A tough, thin matte top resists pick marks. The back and sides use an even thinner open‑pore finish to favor air and harmonic depth—without neglecting durability.

15:1 precise tuning machines

Minimal gear backlash means more accurate tuning on every string.

Bass is bass; treble is treble

From asymmetrical bracing to an asymmetrical bridge that routes string energy intelligently, lows stay solid while highs remain clear.

Softer edges where your body meets the guitar

A rounded 3 mm binding radius at the top/side seam reduces right‑arm and right‑leg fatigue during long sessions.

14‑fret neck‑to‑body joint

Many small‑body acoustics use a 12‑fret joint. The i210RS keeps the familiar 14‑fret layout of full‑size acoustics.
